New Product Showcase Application Process

Read the NPS policies to determine the eligibility of your product or service. |
| Step 2: |
Complete a SIA NPS New Product Showcase Entry Form and submit it to Jessica Brust at Reed by fax: 203-840-9997.
Deadline: February 15, 2013 |
| Step 3: |
Complete the 2013 NPS Online Application Form
Deadline: February 22, 2013 (passed) |
| Step 4: |
Submit a company logo, 75-word product description and a high-resolution product photo (300 dpi, EPS TIF JPG or PDF files only) to Katelyn Battinelli at kbattinelli@reedexpo.com. If you have large files and would like the FTP information please contact Katelyn.

Complete the Product Availability Affidavit and submit to Katelyn Battinelli at by fax at 203-840-9876 or email kbattinelli@reedexpo.com.

| Step 6: |
At ISC West: Product presentations to judges on April 9, 2013 (the day before the show opens) and NPS Awards Ceremony on April 10, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. |
Eligibility
To participate in the New Product Showcase program, your company and new product must meet the following criteria:
- Your company must be a contracted ISC West exhibitor.
- Your new product or service must have been released after March 30, 2012, and must be available for sale on the day the ISC West Exhibit Hall opens (April 10, 2013).
Note: To receive the discounted SIA member rate, exhibitors must be a SIA member by February 8, 2013
